An informative presentation regarding the Erasmus+ KA220-VET project titled “Climate-Smart Steps in Grassland Management and Improvement (Smart Step)” was held at the Black Sea Agricultural Research Institute Directorate. During the meeting, attended by 41 expert staff members from the institute, comprehensive information was provided about the main objectives of the project, work packages, sustainable grassland management approaches, climate change adaptation strategies, and the international collaborations planned within the scope of the project. In addition, the targets related to the dissemination of innovative practices in grassland management, enhancement of knowledge and experience sharing, and contributions to climate-smart livestock and forage production systems were discussed. Participants also exchanged views on the project activities and expected outcomes, while the potential regional and national contributions of the project were evaluated.
