Within the scope of the project activities carried out with our project partner Adana TAYEM, a comprehensive information meeting was organized for the personnel of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. A total of 26 technical staff members from different units of the Ministry attended the meeting.
During the meeting, the activities conducted by Adana TAYEM as a project partner were presented in detail to the participants. The briefing covered the overall objectives of the project, its target groups, and expected outputs, along with comprehensive presentations on both ongoing and planned activities.
One of the key topics of the meeting was the international dimension of the project. In this context, experiences gained from the latest meeting held in Badajoz / Spain were shared with the participants. Detailed information was provided on the technical knowledge acquired, best practices observed, and collaborations developed during this meeting, highlighting the project’s strong international interaction.
Throughout the session, active participation of attendees was encouraged, and a Q&A segment enabled mutual exchange of information. This facilitated productive discussions on both the field-level implications of the project and potential challenges that may arise during implementation.
At the end of the meeting, it was stated that similar information and training activities will continue in the upcoming period, and it was emphasized that strengthening inter-institutional cooperation will make a significant contribution to the success of the project.
